Shares cost $200.00 each. You may purchase as many as you like of the shares that remain available. The money is used to pay off the mortgage and support land development.
OCUA will be buying back the shares as they obtain sufficient capital. They will be repurchasing the shares at a price of $225.00 per share. Shares will be purchased back by random draw. Hardship cases will be considered on a case by case basis. OCUA's first share buy back is expected in 2001. To be considered for a hardship buyout at this time, please contact our treasurer.
